Jaga orang sakit, sangat menginsafkan...

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
السلام عليكم

hmm..nak nangis plak bace blog sorang kwn aku ni. sgt menginsafkn..
byk ceritaku tergendala. so much hings going on, so little time to write it out. do it need to? not necessarily. but sometimes i need a reminder. everything happpens for a hikmah. in every event, there's always something to reflect on...sungguh, makhluk yg sebesar lalat pon ada tanda2 kebesaranNya..for those with knowledge. imagine manusia yg intricate dan complex ni.

ini journal aku bertarikh 19 Jun 2010, 20:38.

I'm in Springfield.2 days and 1 night in Carbondale. The reason for being in carbondale was to visit a neighbor of ours frm Dsa Darulaman Jitra. I call her 'Kak Asmah' and she suffers from lung cancer. stage 4..and possibly brain tumor. Arrived at a couple's place at 18:30 and kak Asmah was still asleep. She got out frm the hospital yesterday because it got too costly and they thought of depending on medicine. just got done with the radiation to kill of some cancer cells.

"Jaga orang sakit, sangat menginsafkan" i told along..at 8 pm, kak asmah forced herself to get up otherwise she'd get more of the splitting headache that the pain was already excruciating. when it was time for dinner (her first meal of the day) she would a little and throw up a lot. "Angin..." she said. going on an empty stamach only help the matter worse. She wantd some mango juice..and she ate some more of mee goreng. and thenn, she was at it again. everything was out from in a sudden rush again. her tummy would not settle for anything...still.

she then had a crave for biskut malaysia..thank god they had some. and together with that, some pills of medicine. and she vomitted once more. she also asked for plain bubur wih ikan bilis that the wife quickly made for the sake of her..i was already downstairs. kak asmah's husband came with their four children. the oldest is 13 and the youngest is 3. all heroes. with so much grace Abg Salmi aksed her "Yang..makan yang". the third chold, 5 years old was somewhat scared...and stayed away just by the staircase to see his mother. weakly kak asmah with called continuosly, "ateh...ateh..". sayu...

the next day i was told she keep throwing up for the last two hours after we left...

last week when i went back to carbondale with mama ayah n anip, she was admitted back in the hospital because she is suspected of Meningitis which is the swelling and irritation (inflammation) of the membranes
covering the brain and spinal cord after having a high fever and daunting headache that spreads. her vision on the right eye too has blurred..

Subhanallah..btapa besarnye dugaan beliau. betapa sayangnya Allah kat dia. imagine going through all that pain, pon masih tak boleh tebus 100% dosa kita. itu baru kesakitan di dunia. betapa Allah kasihkan dia dgn mengurniakan family dan org sekeliling yg sayaang dan kasihkn dia. ini semua kaffarah utk dia..

her flight back to malaysia with family might be on th 15th as they requested. but taht depends on the doctor's consent. her heart might not e working as well to handle the pressure whilst on the flight or is she well at all for the 2 days journey back. moga Allah berikan kesejahteraan adan panjangkan umur kak asmah sekiranaya itulah yg terbaik untuknya dan agamanya. InsyaAllah..kite jumpe lagi kat jitra :)

this doctor from Bruma who has been monitoring kak Asmah adviced us to put on smiley faces. because a happy face goes a longg waaayy...

Volume 7, Book 70, Number 545:

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri and Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that."
