Berhenti Berharap Tanpa Tawakkal.

بِسْــــــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِارَّحْمَنِ ارَّحِيم

:) alhamdulillah...
what a week it has been.
one day i was the happiest girl..and the other day, i found myself at the edge of the cliff, hanging.
it's ok though because i know i will be up and about again being the happy girl i am.

The Vicissitude of life.

Being sad is as okay as being happy. Both feelings give you reasons to get closer to Him.
Do not let yourself dwell in too much sadness, that all you can think of is negativity.
There's absence of God-consciousness there...trust, faith and loyalty.
From Allah belong all good things. Including sound mind.
If we think about it, both happiness and sadness are just the illusion of hope.
At the moment of happiness, you're only thinking that things are only going to go your way.
This is false hope.
While at the moment of sadness, you feel hopeless.
In a way, your initial hope had been reduced to something less than what you had expected.

I always tell myself, prepare for the worst, but expect the best. How contradicting.
That way, you're not completely deluded of the best or the worst outcome at their "finest".
Rather, you're conscious of many possibilities and prepared to work you way around them.
So where's the fine line between being happy and sad?
I don't know.
Just embrace the moment and reflect over what concerns you and put yourself in the state of shukr and immanent tawakkal.

Allah's got it. Isn't He the Rabb? :)
When you're sad, take all your business and hand it over to Allah in the hope that He converts it into something good.
When you're happy, take all your business and hand it over to Allah in the hope that He makes it even better.

Alhamdulillah for the fast recovery and alhamdulillah for this week:

1. Lunch with Ginny...finally after almost a semester trying to fix a date in our schedule.
2. Good final projects
3. Mama and ayah's well being in a strange place
4. My lil brother and his cooking during these final weeks
5. Sound mind
6. Sweet MSA meeting

...for a moment there, i forgot why i was sad because i've so much to be grateful for.

Please ya Allah give ease on whatever is troubling our hearts..
Please make our hearts strong as strong You've made the hearts of the people who came before us.
Please provide us help and assurance that indeed You are near, Amin.
