hohohooo..
i made the teeam!! I MADE THE TEEEAAMMM!!!! I MADE The BURLEIGH'S BASKETBALL TEAM!!! the practise actually started aaaaaaaaaaageees ago...like 8 weeks ago but i didn't turn up. i only turn up on the week before the holiday... and just now, at lunch, i went to the practise and had a lil match and i think i've impressed her in some way or something. hiehie..ALHAMDULILLAH....i really think that i sux tho! coz tau je laa minah2 salleh kat sini kan experienced n tinggi2 sumernyerh. and trust me. i went to the practise coz i usually get bored at lunch. what i usually do is just eat, chat to my frens and get cold...
i really3 didn't think that i'd make the team. i showed up only just for fun. percayeeee la. not a shred of me that ever dreamt to be in the team. coz firstly, IT'S WAY TOOO TIRING FOR ME. i'm kinda asmathic u see. secondly, I'M NOT SO MUCH OF A BASKETBALLER, thirdly, I'M NOT VERY GOOD AT IT.
but ALHAMDULILLAH..:D:D:D:D:D...i'm a hard ass now :D coz most of my friends who're in the team are tomboys..u know. rough ones. B-ball nih kasar sket tau..kasar banyak, in fact. just last two weeks ago, i bruised my wrist by playing badminton, i bruised my knee by tripping over from netball...just imagine how i cud injure myself from playing bball. much much much rougher n tougher. oh yeah! i've terpele'ot my jari manis loorh...hwever, i'm much better now. no worries.
it was a good feeling. :)we actually already have a good team. in fact, we could spilt up into two teams coz there are like 16 people. 10 of them are definitely in the team. and i am one of those six new ones. well, i used to be. NOW I'M IN THE TEAM!!. nway, we have Jess, who represents England Girl's Basketball Team. she's really really reallly tall. 6'2, i think. i'm only 5'3.
so, yeah! i'm gonna be wearing Burleigh's Jersey (aku nak nombo 24!!! or 10!! idop ronaldinho! ^_^)n basketball shorts. u know. like the proper ones. hermm..kene pakai sluar tite ngan baju lengan panjang aa kat dlm. sure it'd be a bit hot but heck. ermm...mariam is in the team as well. and i've watch one of the matches that they've had. u know what she wore? exactly that and yeah, of coz her tudung. looked a bit weird. but huurmm...takpe larh. i'll mind my own business. it's not like she doesn't know.
whoaa..i was so speechless when she offered me. personally. i was kinda gonna say no. but hey..i'll have a go. who knows it might turn up great!
i love burleigh. the school is specialised for sports. here, i do badminton, netball and basketball. and yeah...not to mention, choir. god~ rachel made me. and i actually fell for that. i like singing. i used to sing solo back in mesia when i was in year 6, on the hari anugerah cemerlang. i sang solo, i was also in the choir team and alhamdulillah that last year of mine in S.K. Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin, i get to naik pentas amek adiah. i'd made the top ten. i held the sixth place kot amongst the year 6 students. alhamdulillah walaupon skali je naik pentas..hihi..n oh yeah! when along was in year 6, he used to sing solo jugak. lagu man bai - kau ilhamku. :D. ayah's favourite song. he went on trio as well! he and his other two friends sang "Phyne Ballrez - Vida"..sangat best lagu tu.
Along was nominated as Athelic of the year, the year before, was Kak Long (kakak piqah) the year of 2003 was held by Faris (sumer orang2 yg i'm kinda fond with). aku jd ratu rumah sukan merah je - Langkasuka. owh naib pengerusi tanak jd coz apparently she was "puteri lilin" or sum kind. so, setiausaha la kene jadik. geli giler time tuu..angin kuat, cikgu suruh pakai baju kebaya merah dier...huh...i'll mention nomore then.
ritee...where was i? yeah. choir, singing. rite...currently, we're singging some song by ABBA..soo oldies..but i guess they're good. hurmm..i like Buuurrrleigh!! seems like everyday i've to bring my PE kit with me and since my B-ball trainers are in black, so, mite as well just wear 'em as school shoes. tapi sayang...rosak lak nanti.. on monday lunch, i've netball training, tuesday after school, i've netball training again..on weds lunch, i've got B-ball training and so have I on Friday afta school. on thursday afta school, i've got badminton. every week ade match...see! Burleigh arranges a lot matches unlike Garendon.
alhamdulillah, Mr. Radcliffe put me as his first girl player. u see, we arrange a match by matching Burleigh's no1 player with the Opponent's no1 player. and that's how it goes on our second, third and fourth player. i cudn't believe that. he shud've put emily (yr 11 student). she's reeeallly good. she does netball and basketball too! only she's a year older than me. to be honest, i'd like to join in girls football, tau. but then, it clashes with badminton training. so, neva mind laa.
rightyho! aku chao dlu..esok cutii!!! ade progress day. cam parents eve la...cam..emm...hari cikgu2 show our reports..mebby i'm planning on going to town. to shop some stuff for notts game this sat. i'll be playing netball. as usual...
