well, minggu ni sgt busy. mcm biase :)
anty ita belikan aku kertas lukisan A2 kot saiznye utk buat painting of skyline chicago. TPM (tan sri Muhyiddin) dan wife nk datang..jd, MSD nk la bagi souvenir painting of chicagoland. i felt honoured and challenged sbb ishh saye bkn reti sgt paint. tiru2 yg mudah bleh la sket2. aduh. so, igtkan nk start la painting smalam sbb depa nk dtg this weekend. hari tuesday ade diner with student kat hotel donwtown. saye, bro nasser, wan dan imran dah ready utk main kompang. anty ita dah invite 70 students melayu dekat2 area ni.

tetapi,,,pagi smalam depa cancel plak. tak jadi dtg. huuu..takde la kecewa sgt sbb 5th ni, wed, aku ade presentation utk kelas psychology. jd, lega lah jugak kan sbb takyah p diner :D 2 minggu ni saye akn sgt busy sbb nk habisan sem. dlm 2 minggu ni saye ade 3 presentation, n one final exam.

harini, lapan org pegawai polis dari mesia akn dtg diner kat rumah...they were suppose to escord tan sri. tapi sbb dah cancel, they're going back to malaysia tomorrow. tp sempat jugaklah jumpa melayu2 sini :)

kat kelas saye tgh study psl buku I Live Here by Mia Kirshner. sape tau pasal Ciudad Juarez? i guess, it's the most dangerous place in this world. 400 women were killed, 5000 went missing and the number is increasing. tapi government tak nak buat ape2. killers tak pernah di jumpe dan givernment tanak investigate. polis institutions are corrupted. they are the predators too. i highly recommend all to read this book. it's a graphical journals (diaries). so, very2 light read but heavy isues. after you've read one book, you'd feel overwhelmed and the whole day you'd feel gloomy. sigh. saye rase sema org wajib bace buku ni. bukan psl Juarez (border or Mexico n Texas) tai psl Thailand, Burma, Ingushetia dan a few more..

but behold, buku nk sgt grafik dan brutal. but it's real. sape yg lemah semangat, cepat stress jgn bace lah.

but it's very3 important to read to raise awareness...we have to feed our ignorance.

it's like a book i've never read before. 10 stars out of 5. go get yourself a copy.

i lend one of the journals to nadia. we'll see how she finds it.
